The new owners intend to renovate extensively and a new reception building will be constructed in the course of 2019. The campsite has a quiet and amiable atmosphere. You can choose your own spot from the available pitches.

Hidden camping pitches between greenery

The idyllic camping pitches are located between trees and thickets, where the sun also makes a regular appearance. Here you enjoy the tranquillity around you. The spacious pitches offer sufficient space for your tent and vehicle. Don't have your own camping equipment? Nestled among the trees you will find renovated log cabins with a terrace and barbecue. 

The perfect spot for a game of hide-and-seek

Tranum Klit Campsite attracts a large number of nature lovers who are looking for peace and quiet. A large proportion of the guests are Danish, German and Dutch. Children and grandchildren are very welcome here as well. The sheltered surroundings and secret hideaways are ideal for an exciting game of hide-and-seek. 

Blue Flag: sandy beach ‘Jammerbugt’

There are several footpaths from the campsite leading to the beach. The shortest route is one and a half km. You can reach the sandy beach of Jammerbugt by bicycle in approximately five minutes. The beach was awarded the Blue Flag ecolabel; this means that the beach is clean and safe. The environment is also taken into account.
